Southeast Alaska, or the Inside Passage, is one
of the state's most beautiful regions. Petersburg is the home
of some of the most pristine wilderness areas in the world. This
area offers over a thousand miles of shoreline, hundreds of islands,
a spectacular coastal mountain range with tidewater glaciers,
and large sections of wilderness. Petersburg provides protected
waterways, sparse population, and abundant wildlife to create
one of the largest, scenic, diverse and most accessible areas
in North America for sea kayaking. Experience the beauty of Southeast
Alaska by sea kayaking the Inside Passage.
